Remembering a Southeast Sustainability Champion

Beth Bond; a sustainability champion, engaging partner, and friend of the Green Chamber of the South; passed away recently. She made significant contributions to the advancement of sustainability in the region and our organization.

Beth was a partner of the Green Chamber from its inception helping organize, promote, and lead events in support of our joint missions. In a testament to her ability to organize and promote sustainable and renewable development, her most recent facilitation of a southeast solar panel, hosted in coordination with the Green Chamber, sparked a connection between members, leading to development of a solar project in St. John, USVI. The partnership has also identified other potential solar projects in the southeast. We are grateful for Beth’s contribution and the opportunity to build upon her work.

If you would like to contribute to one of Beth’s causes, additional information can be found here.
