Nicolas Mulliez - executive chairman

Nicolas Mulliez - executive chairman

Nic has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the textile industry, in bread manufacturing, and with clean tech companies. He founded and is currently Chairman of EPI Breads, with 450 employees, production bakeries in Atlanta and Dallas, and customers in all 50 states. Nic is involved with the French incubation model ‘Reseau Entreprendre’, which serves as a model for the Greenhouse Accelerator.  He follows the motto “to create jobs, we need to create and help entrepreneurs”.

Early in his career Bernie helped fund and grow small businesses in various countries and industries in South America in a financial as well as a consulting function, working for a private investment company out of Lima, Peru.  He then worked for over twenty years with a water treatment company in Atlanta, leading its international business development, including strategic planning, identifying, negotiating and executing acquisitions, and managing key raw materials contracts.

Bernie is a PhD economist by education and a sustainability consultant by avocation.

Patricia is Group Chair with Vistage International, where she works with CEOs to increase their effectiveness and improve their businesses.  Previous experience includes starting a healthcare software company, Dental Systems, which she sold to National Data Corporation, joining them as vice president responsible for operational and sales management.  She then began systems consulting in workforce reengineering for large service and manufacturing companies.

Patricia has a BA from St Mary’s College, Notre Dame, a JD from John Marshall Law School, and an Executive MBA from GA State University.

Suhas has developed a valuable global perspective, extensive CPG industry experience and sustainability credentials based on a broad career path working in Asia-Pacific, developing markets, Europe and the United States. He has held several executive positions at the Kimberly-Clark Corp. and is on its external Sustainability Advisory Board.

He is a member of World Business Council for Sustainable Development US Alumni Council, is a partner in the Blue Earth Network, and is on the boards of social NGO Global Giving, TiE Atlanta and EPI Breads.

Michael Blake

Michael Blake

Mike has worked in venture capital, merchant/investment banking and management consulting for 20 years. He is the founder of Arpeggio Advisors, which helps clients navigate high-stakes financial challenges, such as transactions & disputes, and specializes in the appraisal of intellectual property, intangible assets, exotic securities, and privately-held business interests.

Mike holds an MBA in Finance and Developmental Economics from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and French from Franklin & Marshall College.

Amelia Fusaro

Amelia Fusaro

 

Amelia has more than two decades of experience in developing strategic plans and growth strategies for emerging technology companies.  She also has experience in change management, assisting companies to make the transition to high-growth models while preserving existing assets.

Having advised numerous entrepreneurial companies, including as President and COO of Atlanta-based Wren Solutions, Amelia plays a vital role in shaping corporate strategic direction and building the executive management team, with a focus on growth, execution and operations.

Chandler McCormack

Chandler is co-founder and CEO of OxBlue, which offers video equipment to monitor construction sites remotely.  OxBlue brought a tool to the construction industry that makes communication and documentation easier and better, without requiring people to change the way they do things.  Previously, he worked as a civil engineer and land planner, managing numerous commercial, industrial and multi-family development projects.

Chandler holds BS degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eric Nozière

Eric is an international executive who has held various responsibilities in the Automotive and Energy sectors, including electric vehicles, sustainable mobility and alternative energies.  As VP Corporate Planning and Programs at Nissan Americas, he led the U.S. market introduction of the LEAF Nissan, the first mass market electric vehicle.  He is the founder of EnAdvance, which provides vehicle selection optimization services through its Fleet Advance™ proprietary software to any private or public organizations with light-duty vehicle fleets.

Eric has an MBA from Columbia University in New York, and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Eléctricité in Paris.
